If you are having trouble accessing any of our members areas, please check the following information, as it is likely to be solved quite easily.
No-one has ever not got what they paid for with us - we are happy to help you resolve any issues to make sure that you get access to the product you have paid for.
1) Passwords are Case Sensitive
Please double check your passwords, and make sure you don't have your Caps-lock key activated, as this will cause your password to be incorrectly recognized
3) Make sure you are navigating to the right page.
The Members area is not the same as the public site - please bookmark the members area, so that you won't have to keep on coming back to the main websites.

2) Make sure you can see the authentication box
Our password protection system is a standard authentication system, and most browsers should pop up the box with no problems, however some browsers and third party "pop up blockers" have been known to prevent the box from appearing. The box will look different, depending on the type of operating system and browser you are running.

If You are having trouble getting the authentication box from appearing, try adjusting your browser settings under "security". You can also try adding the site to your "trusted sites" list. Also check any third party software which may be running on your computer to prevent "pop-up's". Usually there will be an option in the software to "always allow pop-ups from this site".
