Fun Music Company Troubleshooting Page
If you are having trouble accessing any of our members areas, please check the following information, as it is likely to be solved quite easily.
No-one has ever not got what they paid for with us - we are happy to help you resolve any issues to make sure that you get access to the product you have paid for.
1) Passwords are Case Sensitive
Please double check your passwords, and make sure you don't have your Caps-lock key activated, as this will cause your password to be incorrectly recognized. If you are are having trouble, you can always get your password emailed to you by entering the email address in the box provided on the login page.
3) Make sure you are navigating to the right page.
The Members area is not the same as the public site - please bookmark the members area, so that you won't have to keep on coming back to the main website.
Most of our members areas are now accessed through our main Fun Music Company members area located at:
http://www.funmusicco.com/members/login.php
You can use the password email feature if you have forgotten your username and password. If your email has changed, or for some other reason this does not work, please contact us at the Fun Music Company helpdesk, and we'll work it out for you within 48 hours.
