Re: Teaching any music history in 2010?New Module Dear , Have you ever taught music history? If you have you'll find that most music history books are written in a very dry, boring fashion. Mention Mozart or Beethoven to most music classes and you'll get a very lukewarm response! Well at the Fun Music Company we really hope to change all that with our latest product called The Great Composers. in this module you'll find fifteen lessons focusing on a range of composers from the Baroque through to the twentieth century. This material is presented in a new, fun way with interesting facts and "gossip" about each of the composers and their music. These are brilliant for junior high school music teachers who need to fill students in on the basics of music history. This music history is vital background for all music students, and even in a modern rock curriculum it is still important to know about Bach, Beethoven and Mozart. This is also useful for studio teachers, who can fill in the background general knowledge of their students with selected worksheets from this series. We don't yet have any samples available - because we'd love you to try the complete module out with your classes in 2010.
