Product Delivery Timeframes

Digital Products
The Fun Music Company strives to make digital products available immediately, however in some cases technology in the users computer may block access emails from arriving in the inbox, or other technical issues may prevent it from happening. In these cases the Fun Music Company Customer Service Staff will re-issue passwords and give whatever access information is required on request via email within 48 hours.
Physical Products
All our CD-ROMs and DVDs are currently shipped from a Fulfillment house in the United States, which means that for users in the continental US should expect to recieve them in approximately one week from order, and users in the rest of the world should expect to recieve them in three to four weeks from the placement of the order. Priority Shipping is available at an extra cost - please contact the Fun Music Company Customer Service staff for options.
