People

• We are always honest and open with everyone we encounter in our business.
• Any information that is disclosed to us by others about a product, business or person will always be treated with the utmost confidentiality and respect.
• We choose to work with a range of people with different points of view and beliefs. We never discriminate between race, gender, age and marital status. We believe that it is the ideas and creativity that are important to our business and that all people need to have differences of opinions and different life experiences to ensure that their creativity shines through.
• People who work for the Fun Music Company are free from bullying and harrasment or belittling of any kind. We all work knowing that best work cannot be achieved under these circumstances.

Company

• As a company, we strive to uphold the highest integrity in dealing with suppliers, money and giving our clients the best value for money.
• We don’t alter any financial records or dealings to glorify the position of our business. What you read is what we are.
• We don’t give large gifts or donations to make a relationship with any other person or company. We work with others purely for the reason that inspires both parties to get the best result for the client.
• We keep careful records of all of our transactions and clients. We never leak or pass on any information we may have to other companies or people.

Suppliers, Authors and Partners

• We view all people that we work with on our business as our partners and treat them with the utmost respect, loyality , confidentiality and trust throughout our dealings. In return we expect the same.
• We will always reward a partner adequately for their work and provide extra reward for outstanding results.

Customers and Clients

• We will always stand by our guarantee to our clients that if you can’t use it or don’t like our products then we’ll gladly give their money back promptly.
• A client concern is always treated with importance no matter what it is and will be resolved promptly.
• We always aim to be approachable, friendly and have a sense of humour in any situation.

Governments and Laws

• We act in accordance with all relevant laws in all countries that we operate in.
• We do not believe in spamming and use the best available technology to make sure that we do not violate any privacy laws, and that the customer is free to use our information as they see fit.
• We always work fairly and amicably with everybody we encounter. We are not in the business of ripping any government organization or any person off.

Our responsibility to society

• We make sure we offer time and money to charities which we believe are making a difference to people’s lives in our community.
• We ensure that we use the best practices in caring for our environment and expect that everyone we do business with does the same.
• We oppose inhumane working practices and expect all of our partners to do the same.
• We support freedom of education and speech.
• We support human rights and believe it necessary in any work place to have equal employment opportunities, safe workplaces and economic and social well being.
